By registering with Life Change Fitness, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services means you agree to future updates as well.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Those under 18 require parental consent and signed acknowledgment forms.

3. Membership & Services

• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• All members must complete the registration process and agree to follow gym rules.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct.

4. Registration Requirements

All members must complete online registration and provide valid ID proof. False or incomplete information may lead to rejection of membership.

5. Payments & Fees

• Membership fees must be paid in advance as per the selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

6. Membership Confirmation

Membership begins only after approval of documents and fee payment. Confirmation emails or SMS will be sent upon successful registration.

Fees must be paid according to the chosen plan. Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of gym access.

8. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments through UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and online gateways. Cash payments may be accepted at the reception.

9. Termination of Membership

Life Change Fitness reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for non-compliance. Members may also voluntarily cancel their plans.

10. Use of Gym Facilities

Members must use equipment responsibly and follow trainer instructions. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair costs being charged.

11. Health Responsibility

Members must disclose health issues that may affect training. Life Change Fitness is not liable for injuries caused by undisclosed medical conditions.

12. Liability Waiver

The gym is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft occurring inside premises. Members are encouraged to use lockers and personal safety precautions.

13. Visitors & Guests

Guests are not permitted unless registered under a valid guest pass. Misuse of guest privileges may result in penalties.

14. Trainers & Programs

Management may assign trainers and alter fitness programs as required. Members may request specific trainers subject to availability.

15. Personal Belongings

Lockers are provided for temporary storage, but the gym is not liable for lost or stolen items. Members should avoid bringing valuables.

16. Hygiene & Dress Code

Proper gym attire and footwear are mandatory. Members must maintain hygiene, including wiping down equipment after use.

17. Health & Safety

• Members should consult a physician before starting any fitness program.
• Participation in gym activities is at your own risk. Life Change Fitness is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from exercise.
• Proper gym attire and footwear must be worn at all times.

18. Code of Conduct

• Treat staff and other members with respect.
• No harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
• Equipment must be used correctly and returned to its proper place after use.

19. Facility Maintenance

Members should immediately report faulty or damaged equipment. Willful damage may lead to penalties or membership suspension.

20. Website Use

Our website must not be used for illegal or unauthorized activities. Any misuse may lead to legal action or membership termination.

21. Intellectual Property

Training programs, logos, and website content are owned by Life Change Fitness. Copying or reproduction without consent is prohibited.

22. Promotions & Offers

Discounts and offers are subject to management terms. Misuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of benefits.

23. Changes to Membership Plans

We reserve the right to revise fees, facilities, or services. Notice will be given via email, SMS, or website announcements.

24. Final Authority

Management decisions are final in all disputes or clarifications. By enrolling, you accept Life Change Fitness as the final authority.
